Our pantry can only serve her visitors once per month. We ask that if you come for food that you please bring these items.

  • A Government issued picture ID
  • Proof of custody and identity of any children
  • A rough mental outline of your monthly expenses

File for Food Share On Line at Interchange
Please bring one or any of these items.

  • A Government issued picture ID
  • Proof of residence: such as a lease or rent receipt, mortgage payment book, homeowners insurance bills, property tax receipt, curent utility bill
  • Proof of custody and identity of any children: forward card or Social Security Card, birth certificate(s) School records with the parents name and/or address included.
  • Proof of income: pay check stub, recent tax return, benefit letter from Social Security, Unemployment Insurance payment stubs, Pension information.
  • Proof of monthly out of pocket childcare expenses: Bring some receipts
  • Proof of out of pocket medical expenses: Receipts if you are over 60, disabled and receiving SSDI, Disabled veteran, Disabled surviving spouse or child of a veteran; or Railroad or public disability pension retirement recipients.

It helps if you have this information with you. If you do not or cannot bring these items then we will complete as much of the application as possible. A worker will contact you later to tell you what he/she needs to complete the application.

Interchange will make copies of your documentation to mail to the County Food Share office or we will fax it directly.
